I wanted to share this picture with you. My dad passed out signed copies of his book to all the kids and grandkids at Christmas this year. It was a very special gift that the kids will cherish forever. Many of my friends who know my dad well have read the book and love it. It’s a mixture of his life story and a little history lesson combined into one. I’m so happy that we finally finished the book and I am very proud of it.

·It was such a pleasure having my mother's memoirs recorded for her 90th birthday. Hiring Susan and Gigi was my gift to my mother on this special occasion. I had copies of this (recording) made for my mother's children, grandchildren and other very close family and friends that attended her 90th birthday celebration. We all loved the 80 minutes of listening to my mother's voice as she remembered her early years in Poland and her later childhood growing up in the Bronx, NY once she came to the United States. But I think the person who most loved listening to this recording was my 90 year old mother herself - she shared that she was in tears as she heard herself speak! Yes, the memories touched her heart, but even more important, I think she realized how passionate and coherent her thoughts were on this recording - and she was quite impressed with her own ability at age 90 to remember so many times in her life with such detail! I don't think I could have come up with any other gift that would have been more meaningful than having Susan and Gigi to capture my mother's heart and soul!
